Terms and Conditions

1. clinetrust.com reserves the right to remove, modify or reject any User Content (in whole or in part) that you submit to, post, or display on the site, which we reasonably believe (i) violates any applicable laws and regulations, (ii) violates the Terms hereunder.
2. clinetrust.com will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful trade carried out outside clinetrust.com
3. clinetrust.com will release payment made on product or services to a merchant only when the merchant has delivered the goods or services to the customer, and the customer must confirm the product or service received.
4. All merchants are expected to send bought goods to the nearest pickup center of the buyer.
   The only exception is if there is no pickup center at the location or there's a special arrangement between the merchant and the buyer with evidence.
5. ClineTrust will request the receipt of the used product or your ID card to enable us to display the product on our website if we are not comfortable with the product or you are not a verified merchant.
6. If a merchant sends a product to a customer, either directly or through any of our registered pickup centers, and it’s different from what the buyer ordered or as described on the website, the merchant will bear the cost of sending it back. But if the buyer rejects the order for other reasons like a change of mind, the buyer will bear the cost of sending it back.
7. If by any means, the product never got to any of our registered pickup centers or the buyer. money will not be released to the merchant.
