How to Shop on ClineTrust
Sign up on ClineTrust then search for a product or service that you want to buy, either by location or by category, then click on the product and place an order. No matter the order you choose, whether it's property, cars, or services, you will be connected to the merchant to discuss them. Make sure you investigate the product or service; you can even request to see the original documents before making payment. Remember, ClineTrust will not be held responsible for any losses. You also get the chance to look for the order code on the message list, then chat with the merchant.
Note that the order has a countdown timer of 2 hours. If the payment is not made within 2 hours, the order will be automatically canceled. You can make the payment by various means:
When using bank transfer/bank deposit, please make sure you are transferring the money from your personal account bank details that tally with your ClineTrust name.
Also, make sure you use the order code as your reference only when you are using a bank transfer as means of payment. For bank deposits, you can use the order code as the deposit's name.
Your money will be with ClineTrust escrow, which means that your money will be held by ClineTrust until you confirm the product or service is received either directly from the seller or any of our registered pickup centers close to you. If you see the order and it's not appealing to you, you can choose to appeal the order. Go to your dashboard, click order, select the particular order, and file an appeal. A ClineTrust representative will follow up with it. Don't worry, your money is still with us.
Note, if you have a change of mind after a product has been sent to you through any means, you have to pay a fee to send it back to the seller. But if what the seller sent is different from what you ordered, the seller will bear the cost of sending it back.
